OpenText provides enterprise information solutions in enterprise content management (ECM), business process management (BPM), customer experience management (CEM), information exchange, discovery and analytics software, cybersecurity software among others.

Through the partnership, Ecodocx has tightly collaborated with OpenText to automate and modernize several Fortune 500, thousands of clients, and almost a million of users with digital transformation implementations. For example, a leading US utility company, which had more than 100 processes in place to manage its document-related process. The company used multiple tools for document generation, quality control, distribution, and records control, which led to high compliance risk and user frustration. Another problem was the print job load distribution. The company was printing millions of translation documents, such as invoices, statements, dunning letters, but the old arrangement wasn’t scalable, which often led to system outages. Ecodocx analyzed and streamlined the processes by reducing document templates quantity by 40%, automating manual, repetitive tasks, and implemented a single repository for quality document storage. The OpenText Document Presentment, Content management, archiving and document access product implementation and customization helped reduce 85% of document processing time.
